JOB DUTIES:   Functional Process Analyst assigned to a Boeing Accounting
Transformation project.  Will perform a functional accounting role in defining,
testing and implementing a new Boeing enterprise-wide cost accounting
system.  Will become a functional subject matter expert in one or more
processes within the new Boeing Cost Accounting System. Job Duties will
include the following with respect to developing, testing and implementing a
new enterprise-wide cost accounting system:

a. Document business requirements for new system
b. Develop and document system requirements
c. Work with System Architects on design decisions
d. Perform actual system set-up, including loading tables and building
allocation panels
e. Prepare Test Plans and Allocation Matrices
f. Analyze and reconcile test data
g. Train end users on new cost accounting processes

JOB SKILLS:   
a. Knowledge of PeopleSoft Project Costing and/or General Ledger
Accounting System is required
b. Analytical skills are required for data analysis and reconciliation
c. Experience with system development projects is desirable
d. Must work well in project team environment, and possess strong oral and
written communication skills
e. Must be willing to travel 25% to 50% of their time

Accountant II

JOB DUTIES:   Participate as a member of the Enterprise General Ledger
Team. This individual primary responsibility is to support implementation of
the Enterprise General Ledger across the Company.

Job Description:  Collaborate with and support the Project Team. Determine
integration requirements and best practices.   Work with various
Organizations to define test plans.  Assist organizations in analyzing and
reconciling test data.  Assist in developing training materials and training the
Users. Communicate issues, risks, quality and deviations to internal team
members.  Actively participate in team meetings.  Must be willing to travel.

JOB SKILLS:   Strong understanding of General Accepted Accounting
Principles. Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (both
written and verbal) and be able to work in a team environment. Must be able
to work multiple tasks simultaneously.  Specific experience
in PeopleSoft general ledger functionality including: Intercompany
transactions; Allocations; Foreign Currency; Journal Entries; Reporting
Ledgers; Interfaces between general ledger and PeopleSoft modules and
other third party products; Chartfields; and Table set-ups is desirable.
Experience in developing test scripts and training materials. Experience in
the execution of functional testing.  Experience in data analysis.

Bachelor's degree preferred and 10 to 14 years experience or an equivalent
combination of education and experience. Professional certification or
advanced degree desirable.

Contract Administrator

JOB DUTIES: Participates in proposal and contract administration, including
warranties, consultant agreements, and other instruments. Interfaces with
other functions and customers to coordinate contracting and compliance
efforts. Assists in developing terms and conditions relevant to obtaining
contractual agreements. Investigates, analyzes, and coordinates contract
requirements and drafts, and coordinates contract documents and
correspondence. Keeps internal organizations informed of contractual
obligations through analysis, preparation, and coordination of work
authorizations, contract composites, and compliance tools. Provides
explanations of requirements; identifies evidence of completion; and
monitors performance, billing, and payment. Serves as the information
resource for an assigned area by answering inquiries, evaluating
contractual requirements, and supporting the preparation of responses.
Assists in the development of contract terms and conditions and obtains
contract agreements by investigating customer and contract requirements,
coordinating and obtaining concurrence from affected organizations,
communicating with customers, investigating precedents, and developing
strategies based on an understanding of the issues.

JOB SKILLS:   Prefer (1) a bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related
field; or (2) an associate's degree in business with 3 to 5 years' experience
in contracting or related industry experience; or (3) 5 to 7 years' equivalent
education and related industry experience. Candidates should have general
knowledge of contract terms and processes; familiarity with contractual
documents and the government procurement or sales process; knowledge
of organizational policies and procedures; the ability to organize, plan, and
prioritize a variety of assignments; and be capable of working effectively with
representatives from other functions.
