Office Administrator: Job Code QC050712
JOB DUTIES:   Provides administrative support to the supplier quality
east region team.  Performs various tasks contributing to the
organization and efficiency of a  virtual department of approximately 100
people. Prepares and distributes memos, reports, forms, and business
presentations; directs telephone calls and electronic mail; schedules and
coordinates meetings and business travel; and maintains inventory of office
supplies.  Coordinate and support on-site/off-site meetings, conferences,
and special events as-needed.

JOB SKILLS:   Proficiencies in the use of Microsoft Word, Power Point,
Excel, and Outlook.  Have the ability to adapt to new computer programs
easily. Strong organizational, communication, customer relations and
interpersonal skills. Prefer college degree, vocational training or equivalent
work experience.
